In-house training products are created in partnership with our customers and delivered at venues and on dates of your choice.

Design

We will help you to design courses or a programme of courses to meet your specific organisational needs. Once you have decided what training you require we will assign a specialist trainer to work with you to design the course material and include case studies, policies and procedures relative to your business and services.

Course development

Our list of courses is forever growing, and we can provide any course in the social welfare sector and many more from health and social care. We have a number of partner providers and combined we deliver in excess of 200 courses, so if the course you are looking for is not listed, chances are we will know a provider does.

We will assign a specialist trainer to work with you to design the course material and include case studies and policies and procedures relative to your business and services.

Cost effective and income generating

Most in-house courses will run with up to 16 participants making it the most cost effective way of delivering training to large workforce groups. If you do not have enough participant to fill a course, please call us to discuss the various options.

You are often able to share costs with other organisations, and with consent can sell places to others to help reduce costs. This is increasingly popular option for many organizations as the current period of austerity measures continues.
